Well not to defend madden or ea, but they generally don't rank 2nd year players in the 90s. Jefferson wasn't ranked 90+ after a record breaking rookie season. And as has been said, they update rating every week or 2, so by the end of the year chase should hit the 90+ if he has another good year.
Will any 2nd year players be a 90+? Only others I think would be innthe conversation would be parsons, humphrey, slater?
