When making the list I was surprised at how talented Philly could be and they could be closer if you look deeper. They have  Josh Pascal as 4.

If Thomas comes back at 100% and we went 4 deep (CALLAWAY V.THE OTHER THOMAS); I'd see NOS giving us a run for our money
