Dude also literally typed "I THINK". He gave his opinion, he made no demands. I do appreciate you have gone from "He exactly said JB can't say what he wants" to "he thinks JB should STFU". I totally agree that's what the OP said. I haven't wavered from it. 

But, you're right, it's getting silly; but which side is up for debate.
