Will he sit out a second tag?  I don't know, but his agent is a hard ass, and he'll be able to afford it, AND even though it didn't work out for the Jets the Steelers RB got a huge contract out of it, so.....

But to earn that huge contract, Bates has to ball out this year, so it's no lose for the bengals.
