Snafus like this happen a good bit. I remember a WVU receiver at the combine ran a 4.5 but the time was running before he started lol. He ran a high 4.3 at his pro day but his scouting combine number is still listed at 4.5.
I think having a faster Pro Day compared to Combine is rather common, and most people always take the Combine number because it's more "official" (laser timed) and has the same field conditions across prospects. Unlike Pro Days where fields/tracks are always (vastly) different between prospects based on what school they are at.
I do find it odd how arm measurement can be nearly a full inch different between Pro Day measurement and scouting workout.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
