For sure.
I don't want there to be implication that I think Carman is a good pass blocker by just pointing out that there was not a sack assigned to him in the 500+ snaps he played.
But even so, a 68 PB rating by the guy in this video still means replacement-level quality.
70-75 is ok starter, 76-80 is good starter, 81-85 is "stud."
The guy in the video is aligned with me in a lot of the assessment.
Jonah and Collins are good-to-great players.
I, like this video guy, was not overly excited about Karras and Cappa because I'm not sure how well they can move. Cappa is definitely an upgrade though at RG, and Karras is at least an upgrade in the run game over Hopkins. Might be some drop off in quality when it comes to pass block though.
We agree that the depth is pretty terrible, especially when it comes to pass blocking.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
