I'd like to see them put the best person in the chair.  If that's a Blackburn, fine by me.  The assumption it should be a family member is what I imagine is concerning to many.  But based on what we've seen the past couple of years by the team, that doesn't worry me strongly at this point.  

I don't think the conversation is about Duke at all, though.  It's about what happens 15-20 years down the line.
