I agree that they are doing a great job in their current positions and seem to very capable. I also believe their roles will expand in the future.. but I hope it remains on the executive side as there is TWO distinct operations for an NFL team - business and football operations. All I am saying is when Katie hangs it up I hope they hire competent and qualified football people for that side.
