In fairness to Joe, he's probably still a bit shell shocked from the early part of the season.  Maybe he's getting used to the line actually providing him some time.  There have been plays when he's had a ton of time and I'm waiting for him to start slicing up a defense, but it never seems to happen. He's opting for check downs or Chase almost every time regardless of time.  Maybe as trust builds he will get back to seeing the field better and making more productive choices.  Dude was getting molly-whopped back there for like 3 straight games counting the Super Bowl.  It probably got his head a little screwed up.
