Jonah is due $12M+ (fully guaranteed) on that 5th year option, they're not going to pay him $12M+ to go away.
Cutting Mixon will save $7.3M in cap, but they would still be paying $5.5 in dead cap to make him go away. That will be a hard sell to the Bengals management.
