Zac just isn't learning

Synric claims to know I think. Saw a few of his posts saying Callahan is the OC who calls the plays but I see Zac calling 
plays on the sideline before the play a lot so I honestly don't know lol

But I agree, I am not against Zac giving up the play calling, I think it is too much to have on a Head Coach's plate.
