My man crush as a kid. The main reason I wanted to be old enough to drive was so I could learn to pull off a Rockford. Later, growing up, I discovered he was quite the movie actor and The Great Escape is still my favorite movie of all-time. As the years went by, I kept hearing more and more stories like this one and they always make me smile.
