The problem with Jonah has been his knee, not his weight, he has been injured.
We don't want our OL being lightweights either.
Weight . . . I'm not so concerned. A slowly growing belly over 4 years? Yeah. It's easier to get these guys off balance with a simple cut back or spin move and that gut can't be good for a guy with problems staying healthy.
Look at the pic of Whit above. At no time as a Bengal have I seen Williams where his chest was bigger than his gut. I don't remember seeing Whit with a gut bigger than his chest. I was going to compare the two earlier as polar opposites. Whit was a LG that moved to LT . . . Williams looks like a future LG that's playing LT.
