Pass-Blocking Grades va PFF from the win over the titans
— Der German Tiger??? (@DerGermanTiger) November 28, 2022
J. Williams: 82.4, 2 Pressures allowed
C. Volson: 46.2, 2 Pressures
T. Karras: 63.6, 2 Pressures (1 Sack)
A. Cappa: 80.0, 1 Pressure
L. Collins: 68.4, 2 Pressures
This is one thing I don't like about PFF. It does not take in to account the caliber of the opponent. Volson allowed the same number of pressures as Jonah in pass protection, no sacks, and is graded in the 40s? I know there is a lot more that goes in to that grade, but he was facing Jeffrey Simmons, one of the best in the game, and held him to a PFF score 15 points below his (elite) average.
