Perine is better than Mixon

It isn't that Mixon doesn't run hard all the time, but he does seem less decisive.  Mixon will stutter and shift while Samaje just bursts in to a six inch gap, moves people, and takes what he can get.  Mixon is more dynamic, but Perine may be more decisive.
