Great post, Pally. Zac's hire was a HUGE question mark in my mind. That first year I remember someone on this board complained that Zac's only qualification was that he once smelled one of Sean McVay's farts. I talked to Lapham at my gym and even the always-optimistic Lap was cautious. Paraphrasing, Lap thought that Zac would be OK if he made good assistant coach hires. Well, the young pup has done a pretty good job of assembling an all-star staff. All credit to Zac and to the people who hired him.
