My wife and I moved down to Naples in April of 2021 close to Marco Island and love the area. We have since moved within 10 miles of the airport in Estero, Fl. which is close to Fort Myers.

We retired this year and go back home and stay with family for the holidays. I hate snow, everything about it but hate ice even more. It is no hotter in Florida in July or August than in Cincinnati. Both places are very hot.

We went to Cincy last July for a wedding and I swear it was hotter there than it was here. I remember looking at our friends while we were at the zoo and saying "You know it's hot when the people from Florida are sweating to death."
