Well statistically a MLB player starts to regress from age 28 to 33. Frazier is 29 and if they plan to get max value from him they would need to trade now. They could also sign him to a longer term deal, such as Votto and Bruce and have another player on the back side of his career, that is difficult to get rid of and deal with the years that his production drops. If they could get Sano, or say Gallo in return, you would have to take it. Both players will be September call ups and have 35+ home run potential.
