Lost revenue for losing a home game as team has to pay back fans face value of tickets.
Fans lost revenue as they paid higher than face value, many stayed in hotels and parking will not be reimbursed.

Sorry, this was a biased decision favoring the Bills, Ravens and KC

Bengals and their fans were screwed for being compassionate. 

I may be mistaken, but I believe I read that parking will be refunded as well. Your point still stands though....
