Apple not being to haul in these picks at a certain makes him kinda not good to play. If you are close to the ball but never catch it, that means you are probably missing the tackle. Id rather he be kinda off the play so he can make the sure tackle. I mean if hes never gonna catch it, he may as well play for the tackle
