It is 100% true.  Listen to the most recent "Hear That Podcast Growling" podcast.  Jay Morrison lives to research things like this.  I don't need shit to feel better about losing, and in my original post I said the Bengals will overcome.  Buffalo is one of the most penalized teams in the league, but if you understood this issue here, you would know that it is more than THEM getting flagged.
