I love many of the things that Marvin Lewis did here to change things and Taylor has added to that, one of which is drafting a lot of college team captains. That has seriously changed the locker room.

And now I wonder how many teams are going to change their draft prioritues to match what Zac has done by bringing in team captains from winning programs and coaches kids
