If Dalton is healthy enough to get reps in practice he starts no matter what. I will say it would be tempting to start McCarron if he plays extremely well, wins a playoff game, and Dalton isn't able to practice.
If Dalton has a full week of practice, I play him no matter how well McCarron plays.
