It is, the NFL wants everyone to know that the cream of the AFC North is a QB who isn't a rapist or a murderer (yeah yeah I know Ray Lewis wasn't a QB).  This is some good marketing for the NFL.  If only Burrow went to Army like Roger Staubach.
