Ownership decided to give them more time, and it's resulted in probably the best overall Bengals team I've seen since I started watching football in the 2000's.
In all fairness, I think we would have more faith in the patient approach had we not spent nearly 20 years patiently watching Marin Lewis. Anyone here who has been watching the Bengals for the Mike Brown era has been forced to be patient.
