Bengal Coaching Staff Adjustments

Losing both will suck, but the team is/was young enough to grow with them and all have come up under their tutelage. They have been here long enough to set the foundation and our VETS know all the secrets (specifically on D, since Zac can manage the Offense even if/when some fresh eyes come in to replace Callahan). Even some of our internal coaches that may replace them should have had enough time to pick up some of the tricks that they brought (how to make halftime adjustments).

Losing coaches comes with the territory. With the success we've had and hope to continue to have, having the same coaches for 4 years is really all that you can ask for.

Who is setting in wings on defense?  I think Dan P will take over offense, if Callahan leaves.
