All 4 of the teams left this year have offensive coaching minds.

Look at the Bills. Mcdermott is a defensive minded head coach and it completely showed when we played them. The lack of structure, scheme, and play design in that offense was very aparent.

Plenty of defensive coaches are getting interviews...in fact many of them got multi interviews
