Mahomes is so good we've just kind of normalized him hosting the AFC Championship, going to the Super Bowl, and being great.

Everyone remembers him struggling in the Super Bowl against the Bucs, but honestly he really wasn’t even that great against the 9ers. At least for his standards.

He got very lucky Jimmy G missed a wide open Kittke for a TD or they might have lost that game, and the gap between him and Burrow is just a tiny bit narrower (he’d still have a 50 TD MVP season though).
