And, that's the point.  Bengals have come out and said in public Higgins is a priority to sign an extension.  So, someone...somewhere...makes an uninformed post in twitter about Bengals trading, not extending, tagging, etc...and all of a sudden it's a "thing".  It's not a thing.

Yet, here we are, posting page after page (me included) about something that has no basis in reality.
