If they can't get Hurst back, I think Irv Smith, Jr. would be a great potential target on a Hurst-like deal. He was hammered with injuries the last two seasons but showed a ton of promise in the two years before that. He's insanely athletic and could be a great target for Burrow. Spotrac projects him at $10.2M annual value but I'm not seeing it with his injury history.
