That's a idea we've not discussed enough in our Mixon threads. He could take a reduced salary and remain with the team. I don't think Mixon will take such an approach, but it could be interesting to see if he does. Ultimately, I think the Bengals embrace loyalty and they'll keep Mixon with the team and let him play out his nice contract even if detrimental to the team's overall success.
