All that can work out and we can be better. But for me it's too many questions and I have to assume we will be worse on defense even if marginally. I'm hopeful for Dax. But I'd feel a lot better if he played more safety in college. I just think Bates did more than a lot of us realize to help the defense. I don't think Dax can equal that at least in his first year of starting.
