Well sir my only knock on Pollack is being able to develop "certain" young talent. As far as Zac he wasn't a very good coach at first but he was able to get Joe Burrow and it changed a franchise & region. That's why the structure of his deal will be so important!! Its worth millions to the Midwest! So much money will be made off of his deal alone. Bars/ Storefronts/ Restaurants/ Entrepreneurs./ Investors are all waiting on "His" deal.
