If Im reading this correctly and I'm probably not it says the Bengals are trying to add a statue of limitations of 5 years after an injury occurs to file for workers compensation?

Edit: Or oops it looks like the Bengals are trying to remove professional athletes as an EXEMPT to the law of a 5 year statue of limitations. That's interesting.
