Why would you count tag years when you could simply pay Higgins top 5 money to begin with? That makes no sense. Nobody considers Tee on par with Adams, Hill, Kupp, etc.. but you give him a top 5 contract he would sign it in a heartbeat. If you want to pay him like a top 5, Im sure he would take it, no tag required.
