As to the picks:

I dig Gibbs at 28 and I could see a team such as Washington coming back up to take Hooker

Gibbs is my favorite offensive prospect for the Bengals offense.

As for a QB at #28 When I was doing the first round I can easily talk myself into Levis falling and Hooker rising. Either could be a pick at the end the first.
