Personally want a young fresh legged RB on the cheap from the draft. 

But could get behind this move at that price, but don't think he will be that cheap. Unless nobody bites and Bengals can get him on a one year prove it deal and a chance for him to get a ring or 2 years for as cheap as you suggest. 

Even if this happened ? Which I don't believe will, would still draft a youngster.
