Easier said than done, unfortunately tight end doesn’t translate to the NFL that easy.
First round tight ends since 200 below. I broke it up into two groups, mostly based on talent. Since 2007 there has been very little productivity from first round tight ends. Not horrible, but not Kittle/andrews/kelce. Maybe it’s better to double dip and try to increase our chances of hitting. Could we steal pitts for a 2nd or 3rd from atl?

Out of that list of TEs selected in Rd 1 since 2007, every single TE in that list had at least one season of 500+ yards.
Chances are if you're selecting a TE in Rd 1, you're gonna get some solid production, if not more.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
