With the NFL being the passing league that it is and the threat of injury a team can never have too many high quality corners. Here is a quick glance at the Bengals CB roster as it stands right now:
1) Chido Awuzie - will be a FA after next season and coming off of a major injury. Of course myself like most would really like to see Chido back but you never know what will happen.
2) Mike Hilton - one of the best slot corners in the league. Signed thru '25.
3) Cam Taylor-Britt - Was a rookie last season that really came on down the stretch.
4) Sidney Jones - a talented young corner that has struggled with injuries but is on a 1 year deal.
5) Jalen Davis - good depth piece signed thru '25.
6/7) Allan George and Marvel Tell - two bottom of the roster players.
The Bengals could certainly stand to add to this room with some high quality talent so if a top corner should fall to them in this draft it is certainly a selection that they must consider. This is exactly what happened in this simulation and following is how it turned out.
