I love it when people say Probowl is a popularity contest. Sometimes.... but the guys who tend to be popular are also playing on the better teams. They are better players. In know Whitworth didn't make it a bunch because the Bengals weren't popular. But here's a fact that will blow people's minds.... Last year the Bengals were ranked the 10th most popular team in ALL of American sports. So, the Bengals ARE now popular and have been for 2 seasons.... And Jonah STILL didn't sniff the Probowl or get any kinid of invite. He was injured, yes, but he also is kind of just ok. So, plane ticket for Jonah wasn't coming regardless.
No one should care Jonah Williams isn't going to be a Bengal in 2023. Hell, even Jonah Williams doesn't care. That says more about him than anything.
Other than his trade request there's been no indication he won't be a Bengal in 2023. He may well have to go the Dunlap route to get that request to be honored.
