Sony has purchased another Studio. Firewalk (former bungie and activision devs) *This makes the 11th in the last 4 years
Atari has purchase Night Dive Studios ( a remaster specialist) and the IPs of 100s of older games and trademarks for the Accolade and GTI brands.
Focus entertainment has purchased Dovetail Games (railsimulator.com)
Sega has purchased Angry birds IP and Dev Rovio

And MS purchase of ABK is closing in on the finish line.

Forgot Zenimax Online Studios (part of Zenimax/Bethesda) purchased Hungurian studio Nemesys (they worked together on ESO)
