Mixon's weight may depend on what he ate for dinner the night before.
I doubt he hits the 220 Bengals.com Roster weight each and every game.
He was likely very fit at his Combine weigh in at age 21 hitting 228 pounds.
He is 26 years old now and around 6 foot 1.
I suspect he is playing at a weight somewhere in the mid 220's on average, so less than 230 if I have to split hairs. (228 is less than 230 with a hair split)
I see a lot of Power in his lower body and I doubt defenders consider him an easy man to bring down.
Others may see him differently but 220 plus is a pretty stout running back. IMO
