This is what resonates. We know how picky Saban is with his players in the secondary. Battle started as a true freshman the last 4 games. So he started over 45 games in his career. You have to be smart to do that. He was ALL SEC 2 straight years. You have to be athletic to do that. And I’ve never ever heard Saban have more praise of player for his leadership. He was a steal.
