They can't just add all that money to the players, they were already spending at least 90% of the cap prior to the deal. I would guess most of that Paycor money goes to stadium improvements, etc.
That money is going into an escrow account to pay Joe Burrow. The Bengals have to put a percentage aside for this escrow when the deal is signed. The Bengals are not jerry jones.
