What owners nowadays other than the Bengals only have their franchise as their sole source of $$?

Personally, I feel this is what really could hold the Bengals back compared to some other franchises who have owners with multiple other sources of income to help cover more guaranteed $$. Bengals will have to find ways to get very creative with the negotiated contracts in order to help compensate for lack of up-front funding.
