I think there's a real possibility that he improves. The level of his improvement, i don't know.
It's just baffing that people keep saying he got better--which he did, but when you're starting from the basement and you don't quite make it to the first floor--but people keep talking about this massive improvement and he can be one of the best...nah, there's no basis in reality for that.
