I would argue that it is the other way around. In the big picture, 600 is a nutty lift. However, if you start narrowing your perspective to something like a heavyweight powerlifting competitor, it becomes more common. NFL lineman it is probably the same thing - much more common. Especially considering Jonah was hitting it for reps.
