Two things for certain…the CAP WILL GO UP every year. Burrow will be the highest paid player in the NFL for at least a few months. His contract will be structured so that others’ can stay with the team (Chase, Higgins, etc). Barring serious injury, he will play for the Bengals 10-12 more years.
