FWIW, I do not see a big shift in offensive philosophy.
I think we will see 3 WR, 1RB, & 1 TE 75%+ of the time. We will almost never go 2 RB, even in short yardage/goal line (which bugs me). We won't see 2 TEs much.
But I do think we will see a change in playcalling if the O-line is better. Longer developing plays. More 5 & 7 step drops, less 3 step. More longer developing plays. Burrow has been working on play-action stuff. If we can get a decent running game going, that is something we have not had in a while. Not saying he will become Boomer, but it is a new facet for us. Finally, I think we could see more 4 WR/5WR & more empty. Both because of the improved O-line and because WR's 4 & 5 are legitimate threats (if Jones & Iosivas hit).
