Morgan and Bench were my favorites off the BRM team though, but still loved Rose, Perez, Foster, and even Geronimo who I saw throw a guy out at home from the warning track in Center field. What a fun team that was and I didn't even mention Griffey Sr and Concepcion yet.

Yet not only was Pete Rose a great player but he built that Reds team that Lou won the World Series with. Truly believe he would have won it himself had he not been banned. They were knocking on the door already when young and ready to take the step.

Although I see Elly becoming my all time favorite Reds player before it's all said and done. Elly looks like an expert 12 year old video game player is controlling him with a joystick, dude is a freak.

Eric the Red is still my all time favorite. He was as electrifying as Elly when he came up. He's probably the best natural talent outside of Griffey, Jr that I've ever seen play live.
